The May 13th meeting will be held at the home of Charles & Sara Sabatine. Kerstin Gunter will present several rock climbs she did while in Joshua Tree National Park east of Los Angeles, California and in Yosemite National Park east of San Francisco, California. Kerstin will shortly provide further details about her climbing endeavors, so do come back to visit this page later. For you rock hounds, this will be a must, since both these sites are havens for ultimate rock climbing routes.
Prior to Kerstin’s presentation, we will have our most important business meeting of the year – the election of our corporation’s officers, including the president, vice president and treasurer. Not showing up may be dangerous, since you may be nominated for one of these offices. Ask Henry Hamlin about that. Just kidding, that shouldn’t happen, but it may! If you are unable to attend the meeting and you are a paid-dues member for September 2001 thru August 2002, you may submit a vote for each officer in advance of the meeting. Nominations will be solicted by way of e-mail and they will be posted here shortly. I, Stu Milligan, am currently serving as president, Frank Cabron is serving as vice president and Henry Hamlin is serving as treasurer. From Rt. 96 in the town of Victor: turn south on Rt. 444 and follow it about 3.75 miles (go straight through the 4-way stop at Boughton Hill Road — that’s NOT their road) to the intersection with Rice Road on the left and Boughton Road on the right. The road sign currently says _oughton Rd. Turn right, and they’ll be the second house on the right (immediately after Parkview Golf course).
