The RRISCC March meeting is primarily a climbing session and is scheduled to be held at Rock Ventures on Monday the 11 th at 7:30 pm. Kent Winchester at Rock Ventures has cleared the way for us to spend an evening on the climbing walls there. Kent will also share the vision, history and programs of RV at some point of the evening. He has arranged for us to use the facility starting at 5 pm and extending to 10 pm. This will be an evening of indoor climbing. We have not met there for at least a couple of years.
NOTE: Bring your own climbing shoes and harness, else there will be an additional charge to rent them.
Rock Ventures is located at 1044 University Av. Here are directions how to get there:
Take I-490 and exit going north on Culver Rd. (if coming from the West go Left; from the East go right) Go 4 lights and turn left on University Av. They are the fourth driveway (less than 1/8 mile from Culver Rd.) on the right and 200 yards behind T-Shirt Express.
