April 2001 Meeting
The RRISCC April meeting is scheduled to be held at Tim Ozminkowski’s home on Monday the 9th at 7:30 pm. Stu Milligan will show slides of the highlights of a slew of climbs he did between the years 1979 and 1986. His best slides were chosen, a few for each trip. This will include Mont Blanc in France, Granite Peak in Montana, Mts. Meeker & Sneffels in Colorado, the east rim of Zion NP in Utah, Mts. Temple, Athabasca, Robson and the Saskatchewan glacier in the Canadian Rockies, Triple Divide Peak & Grinnell Glacier in Montana, Mt. Assiniboine in the Canadian Rockies, Gannett Peak in Wyoming, King’s Peak in Utah, Mt. Edith Cavell, the Bugaboos & Glacier NP in Canadian Rockies, Mt. Rainier in Washington, Mt. McKinley & the gold rush trail in Alaska, the Mts. North Apostle, East Trinity, Golden Horn, Hope in Colorado, among other things thrown in. In other words, a real hodgepodge. This was assembled for presentation to the photography club in Batavia, NY last November.

If coming from the East: Take 390 South to the Lehigh Station Road. Take a RIGHT onto
Lehigh Station Road. Go through the light. Go about 4 miles to a tee
intersection. Take a Left onto East River Road. Go about 2 miles to over
the Thruway to a stoplight. Take a RIGHT onto Erie Station road. Go about 3
miles over the river to the first stoplight. Go through the light. Here the
road becomes North Road. Go about 1 mile to a 4-way intersection across
from the Wheatland-Chili High School. Take a LEFT onto Chili Ave. His house
is the third on the right.If coming from the West: Take 490 to the Union Street (RT259) exit. Go south on Union
Street about 5 Miles until it tees into North Road. Take a LEFT onto North
Road. Go about 1-1/2 miles until you come to the first 4-way intersection
across from the Wheatland-Chili High School. Take a right onto Chili Ave.
His house is the third on the right.
