To do a keyword search, press and hold the "Ctrl" key and press "F". In the "Find text:" section of the dialog box, enter your keyword or exact phrase and click on the "Find" button. You’ll get more hits if you limit keywords to one word at a time. In the "Articles" column, journal article titles are separated by a semi-colon. In the "Keywords" column, keywords are separated by commas. In both the "Articles" and "Keywords" columns, a start page number is given immediately after in parentheses. If there is no indication of a start page number for certain keywords or keyword phrases, assume that it is the same as the nearest previous keywords that do show a start page number. If the "Articles" field contains unobvious content by way of title, check the "Keywords" for the same page, which might help to pinpoint the topic.
